A soft underbelly beige. It’s pigment mix gives it a warm stony hue that can be used in rooms as well as hallways. The recipe for this colour name became generally agreed on by the 19th century and it was supplied to the wildly, cutting-edge Brighton Pavilion in 1803. Like all our colours, Fawn is made from natural paints derived from natural sources like plant oils and mineral pigments.
We love Fawn on the Woodwork, works so well with Olympian Green and Dutch Orange on the Walls !

We redecorated our sitting room using Clove 60%, and we also rendered and painted the fire surround. We’re absolutely delighted with it, the finish is velvety and full of depth, exactly the result I wanted. We are doing the other rooms in September, but having a complete rethink on the kitchen, probably repainting the units …
Thanks again for all your help – we are delighted with the Edward Bulmer paints. We have painted two rooms with 18th century panelling, which we were nervous about, and both the advice we received and your paint has been brilliant.
When I arrived on site my client presented me with three tins of Edward Bulmer Natural Paint. Having never even heard of this product I was a bit dubious about the quality. However after painting for just a short while I realised that this product is pretty damn good. The paint is a good consistency, flows well with the …
