In the past whites derived from the minerals like Lime or Chalk used in their production. Adding oils to bind them to make more durable paint altered their brightness and generally warmed them to the eye. This is what we are used to these days though modern ‘bleached’ paints have lightened our palette. Through our plant-based chemistry this white offers a bit of both – brightness but still a ‘fair’ amount of pigment to settle it down to a very slightly warm grey tone.
Getting the canvas of your room right is a challenge for any interior designer, so I was delighted when I discovered the Edward Bulmer paint range. The natural pigments that they use in their paints really do bring your interior to life and give their palettes a versatility and depth that I have failed to find elsewhere.

Our Water Based Gloss is our highest satin product with an 80% sheen. This product is perfect for interior and exterior woodwork and metalwork with a durable finish. Sold in 1 and 2.5-litre tins.

We use our local courier service called APC which is based in Hereford. APC operates franchises throughout the country and we can deliver parcels throughout the UK on an overnight service.
We are not able to offer returns, as all of our paint is mixed to order and therefore is a bespoke product.
NB: We will accept returns of non bespoke products which include preparatory products.
