Delivery Options We offer two deliver options for orders: Next day service – if your order is received by us by 12 noon, your order will leave us that same afternoon with our courier for delivery the following working day. 2-4 day service – your order will take 2-4 working days to arrive. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays. We work closely with our couriers, Parcel Force, to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, shipping delays can occur. Please note that we are dependent on our couriers and are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes. For delivery to Non-UK mainland: Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Northern Island, Highlands and Scottish islands, please email orders@edwardbulmerpaint.co.uk. For delivery to the Republic of Ireland, USA and Europe, please email orders@edwardbulmerpaint.co.uk. Wall: Lilac Pink Hand mixed and delivered to your door Once we receive your order, our expert paint technicians mix your paint and carefully pack every tin in recyclable packaging to keep it safe on its journey from our Herefordshire HQ to your door. You can track your parcel online. We advise you not to book your decorator if you are working with one, until you have received your paint. When ordering your paint please give us a mobile phone number and email address, for the courier to contact you with delivery information. If you are not going to be in to receive your parcel, please visit Live Tracking and re-arrange delivery after 1 failed attempt. Returns We are unable to offer returns as all of our paint is freshly mixed to order. We accept returns of preparatory paint products. For more information, please read our T&Cs.
