Our Service We use our local courier service called APC which is based in Hereford. APC operate franchises throughout the country and we can deliver parcels throughout the UK on an overnight service. NB a pre 12 order on Friday will not be delivered until Monday as there is no standard weekend delivery. For next day delivery, you need to order by 12 noon on a week day for the paint to arrive the next working day – e.g. an order placed on a Monday at 11am on a next day delivery will arrive Tuesday. Please note we cannot confirm an exact time, but you will receive some tracking information on the estimated time of arrival. If you place an order after 12 noon on a week day for next day delivery, the paint will arrive on the second working day – e.g. an order placed on a Monday at 2pm on a next day delivery will arrive Wednesday. Please note we cannot confirm an exact time, but you will receive some tracking information on the estimated time of arrival. All next day deliveries placed before 12 noon on a Friday, will be delivered on Monday. If the order is placed after 12 noon on a Friday, this will be delivered on Tuesday. Our Headquarters in Herefordshire are unfortunately not open on a weekend. Though, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, this will be delivered to you on Tuesday as we will need to make and dispatch the order on Monday. Standard delivery – our normal delivery time is 2-4 days. What time to expect your parcel – our normal delivery time is between 8am to 6pm every weekday. Scotland, Ireland and the Outer Isles delivery – For orders in Scotland, Ireland and the outer Isles, please call us on 01544 388535 and we will be able to tell you your delivery times and costs specific to your area. Europe delivery – Currently we do not have stockists or sell our paint outside of the UK. If you would like us to deliver paint outside the UK then please call us on 01544 388535 and email your order to info@edwardbulmerpaint.co.uk. What we ask of you When ordering your paint please give us a mobile phone number and email address (where possible). This is for the courier to contact you with delivery information. We want to avoid your delivery being ‘carded’ so please give us instructions where we can leave your paint if no one receives the delivery in person – in a porch, behind the hedge – it all helps improve the service. Please order your paint in advance of your painter arriving. We know that painters are a law unto themselves and often give very little warning but if you can order the paint in advance that will help all our stress levels! 'Turquoise' on the panelling How the Delivery Works On the day of delivery you will receive a text and email from APC confirming the delivery window. This is not an exact science, particularly in London. However this text will signal that your parcel is out for delivery. You can Track you Parcel HERE Your parcel will be delivered between 8am and 6pm (unless time specified). If you have any queries you should email Sales at info@edwardbulmerpaint.co.uk The driver will deliver to the door, they will leave your parcel in a secure place if their call is unanswered. They will take a picture of the left parcel which we can trace if necessary. We have a dedicated team to track your parcel and we try to pre-empt any delivery issues, saving you having to call us. However it does sometimes go wrong but you can be reassured that we are doing everything to make sure that your delivery gets to you so as not to keep the painter waiting!
